If an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.

3. Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price paid for an order will be the price displayed at the time the order was placed.

4. Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through the payment methods available on our website.

Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been successfully processed.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible; however, dispatch times may vary depending on stock availability and order volume.

Couriers used include:

  • EVRI

  • Royal Mail

  • Parcelforce

The courier used will depend on the size, weight, and type of parcel, as certain couriers can only be used for specific parcel sizes.

Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Petman Stores Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

6. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, you must report the damage within 24 hours of delivery.

Please send several clear images showing:

  • The external packaging

  • The box with the shipping label visible

  • The damaged item

  • The internal packaging used

These images should be sent via:

Failure to report damage within 24 hours may result in us being unable to process your claim.

7. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused

  • Items must be in their original packaging

  • Items must be in resalable condition

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

8. Cancellations

Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the order has already been dispatched, it must be returned following our return policy.

9. Liability

Petman Stores Ltd shall not be held liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Delivery delays caused by couriers

  • Damage caused by misuse or incorrect installation of products

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel affected orders if necessary.

14. Promotional Discounts & Coupons

  • Discounts are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Only one promotion may be used per transaction unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Promotions apply to selected items only and may exclude certain products or categories. Exclusions include, but are not limited to, aquarium sets (including complete aquarium kits, tank-and-stand bundles, and similar packaged systems).
